$95 per week (includes one hour consultation, round-the-clock support and advice, dietary and activity analysis)
8-week Personal Nutrition course only $750
8-week joint Personal Training & Nutrition course only $1100

Ante & Post Natal Exercise

Personal training prices as above
$75 per 1 hour small-group Ante and Post Natal Circuits or other group exercise session, to be shared between as many of your friends as you like, held at your or their home(s)
8-week 1 hour small-group specialist course only $550

Nutrition Courses & Workshops

I can deliver general nutrition workshops (e.g. Healthy Eating, Food Labels, and Weight Loss) to your organisation for $75 per hour
If you would like me to prepare a workshop or talk on a specific area of nutrition, or aimed at a specific demographic, please contact me for more details

Classes

To hire me to attend your home for a small-group Pilates session, the Personal Pilates prices apply
If you would like me to teach at your establishment, the guide price is $50 per hour.
